At GCS we know that having your JONI Equipment operational is business critical. For this reason we provide maintenance and repair service throughout the UK and can repair and service all JONI equipment.

We have trained service engineers who can provide a quick response to customers who need emergency repairs and routine servicing on all of our range and other manufacturers also.

Reactive Call Out

Engineer attendance to site for an unexpected problem to diagnose what the issues is, if possible remedy the issue or to ascertain what parts are needed, quote prices and plan a second visit.

Pricing based on £175.00+VAT for call out and first hours labour then £85.00+VAT per hour thereafter.

Service

Site visit by engineer to assess unit and carry out 19 point check to provide full report on condition and any additional parts/work required. Will include full annual replacement of bearings and seals (parts included in price), topping up of all oil as required, checking of all functionality and moving parts and assessment of contactors, actuators, gas springs, safety valves, vacuum valves, venting valve, stirrer bearing, scrapers, all gaskets, steam hoses and on return valves.

If A Gas Appliance Please Confirm You Have A Fully Working Extract Canopy With Gas Interlock and The Item Was Installed By A Commercially Qualified Gas Engineer
I understand any issue through normal breakdown during the warranty period will be carried out free of charge. Any work required that is non warranty would be chargeable.
